Supported Penn State Health’s Food is Medicine program by designing and implementing a multi-purpose teaching kitchen, developing curriculum for the Cancer Center, writing a branded cookbook, and contributing to additional initiatives that integrate nutrition into patient care.

Columbia University

Hired to develop, implement, and teach the course "Celebrating Food Culture: Cultural Adaptations of the Mediterranean Diet" as well as create educational resources, including patient waiting room videos and a therapeutic cookbook.

Obesity Medicine Association (OMA)

The workshop was highly successful, providing participants with valuable insights on integrating nutrition and lifestyle practices into obesity medicine.
